PSC fully recognizes the importance of our customer's personal information and the need to maintain the utmost security and confidentiality. This privacy policy applies to all customers who have a relationship with PSC, either directly or by use of the service or product or by visiting PSC's website. PSC's website may include links to other sites, which are not covered by this privacy policy. PSC encourages you to read the privacy policy of any website that you visit. PSC receives and stores all information that you enter on our website and billing pages. This includes identifying information on the download request, contact us and total compliance forms such as your name, your title, your company name, your email address and telephone number. This information will be used to process orders for information, to send follow up emails regarding order status or other communications regarding your business with PSC. This information is stored on PSC servers.
PSC will not disclose customer information to any third party; organization; group; individual; agent or agency unless the following is applicable:
- PSC is required to do so to comply with law, regulation, or a court or government order or request,
- The owner of the information gives us permission to do so,
- PSC determines in good faith that disclosure would prevent or reduce the risk of property damage or personal injury, or
- As necessary for PSC to conduct its normal business operations or to engage in corporate transactions, such as a sale or merger.
PSC may disclose limited customer information to credit card processors for the purposes of validating the credit card for billing. This disclosure will be limited to the smallest set of information possible to complete the transaction and will at all times use industry best practices and procedures.
PSC takes a number of steps to ensure that customer information is adequately safeguarded. These steps include (but are not limited too) the following:

In no event will PSC have any liability for any use of customer information that is not expressly authorized by PSC.
Additionally, PSC employees are required to acknowledge their responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of customer information. PSC applies the same privacy policies and practices to all customers uniformly. Collected customer information is retained in accordance with Federal and California State law that is currently in force.
